2. Further Delivery Charges Apply, carriage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable at the time of purchase or placing the order if required. Any transport of the goods, is at the full risk of the buyer and it is recommended that the goods be insured in transit.

3. Carnivel standard delivery times are between 7 - 14 business days, depending on location. Express service is possible but charges may apply, email confirmation will be offered prior purchase to confirm time frame.

4. Sales Tax, Import Duties and Custom Clearance Charges may apply when you are shopping outside Australia.

Such as Design, Colour, Length, Shape, Personal Reasons, Event cancellations and any personal request or reason on all customer orders and purchases. Change of Mind

2. Credit Notes can only be issued and Valid if Head Office Carnivel Team approves in writing.

3. Credit Note will be at the equal value of amount received for the original purchase/order, to use within 12 months from issue Date.
